Official Rules – DOMREX Contest
1. ORGANIZER
This contest is organized by: DOMREX Pharma Inc. Quebec, Canada

Hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
2. ELIGIBILITY
This contest is open to:
- Licensed healthcare professional
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Attending the event on March 1st
- Residents of Quebec or elsewhere in Canada
The following individuals are not eligible:
- Employees of DOMREX Pharma Inc.
- Representatives, contractors, or partners directly involved in the administration of the contest
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The contest begins on March 1st at the opening of the event. And ends on March 1st at 4:29 PM. Entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter the contest, participants must:
- Complete the official entry form provided by DOMREX
- Accept these Official Rules
- Submit accurate and complete contact information
No purchase is required to enter or win. Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted.
5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
The prize consists of one box of Insulin syringes (32G) and a coupon of 500$ to use on domrexpharma.com website.
The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, must be accepted as awarded.
The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. DRAW
The random draw will take place on March 1st at 4:30 PM, At the DOMREX booth during the event.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period.
The selected participant must be present at the event at the time of the draw to claim the prize. If the selected participant is not present, another eligible entry may be drawn.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree:
- To comply with these Official Rules
- That their name may be announced at the event if selected as winner
- That the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if circumstances beyond its control arise
The Organizer’s decisions are final and binding.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DOMREX Pharma Inc. shall not be held responsible for:
- Technical errors
- Electronic transmission failures
- Lost, late, incomplete, or illegible entries
- Any damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize
10. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information collected will be used solely for:
- Administering the contest
- Contacting the winner
If a participant expressly consents to receive marketing communications, their information may be used for such purposes in accordance with: Quebec Law 25, Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), Applicable Canadian privacy laws
Participants may request access to, correction, or deletion of their personal information by contacting: sales@domrexpharma.com
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required for contest administration.
11. ACCEPTANCE OF RULES
Participation in this contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
12. APPLICABLE LAW
This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
